Parts Manager - Oakville Parts team

Grand Touring Automobiles is expanding with a brand-new Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley dealership in Oakville. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department and ensure a seamless operation that meets the high standards of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, and supplier relations.
• Ensure the availability of genuine OEM parts for Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley vehicles while optimizing stock levels.
• Work closely with the Service Department to coordinate parts logistics and support efficient repairs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and department profitability.
• Train and manage parts staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Parts Manager or similar role, ideally within luxury or exotic automotive brands.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley parts catalogues and ordering systems is an asset.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dealership environment.
