Sales Coordinator - Oakville

As we expand our legacy of excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Sales Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you'll embody the essence of luxury and hospitality, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Duties:

• Responsible for record keeping of all inventory
• Maintaining and updating coffee bars
• Performing licensing when required
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Greeting and directing client walk-ins and appointments
• Providing refreshments to clients
• Performing clerical duties such as receipting cash transactions via CDK Portal
• Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Skills & Experience:

· CDK Knowledge preferred.

· Exceptional customer service experience

· Communication skills

· Organizational Skills

· Microsoft Office Proficient

· Previous dealership experience preferred.
