About Us

Grand Touring Automobiles is Canada’s premier luxury and exotic vehicle dealership, and we are thrilled to introduce our newest location in Oakville, representing Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department with a commitment to delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the service team to maintain the highest standards of luxury automotive care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and premium service experiences.
  • Monitor department KPIs, optimize workflow, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Coordinate with Parts and Sales departments to enhance operational synergy.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and warranty processes effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Manager or similar role, preferably in luxury or high-performance automotive brands.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley service standards is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Profiecient in CDK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

  • CDK: 3 years (preferred)
  • Dealership: 6 years (preferred)
