What you’ll do

The New Car Sales Manager will lead the Sales team to consistently deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all their current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestar’s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their visitors.

As a Sales Manager, you will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

· Coordinate, manage and provide direction to the Space team

· Ensure that the team are providing tailored experiences based on our customers’ specific agenda or requirements

· Help Polestar to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by leading the team to collect customer information

· Schedule test drives and follow up on customers by walking them through the purchasing process

· Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviors

· Inspire and coach the team to create the energy and excitement around Polestar offers, including vehicle, financing solutions, service etc.

Your Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you must have:

· More than 2 years of experience in a client-oriented retail environment

· More than 2 years of experience in leadership and people management

· Additional experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public-speaking, teaching, retail sales, event-planning or customer care will also be positively considered

· Fluent in English

· Have the ability to quickly demonstrate a mastery of all Polestar products and services

This role will require a valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Automotive Sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • EV Sales: 1 year (preferred)

 

Licence/Certification:

  • OMVIC (preferred)
