Bugatti Baby II

The Next Chapter In a Prestigious History

In honour of Bugattis' 110th anniversary. The Little Car Company and Bugatti partnered to create the Baby II. This contemporary tribute pays homage to Ettore Bugattis' masterpiece the Bugatti Baby, which he lovingly gifted to his youngest son Roland. Nearly a century later the Baby II combines modern technology with a deep respect for Bugattis' rich automotive heritage. The Baby II is a meticulously crafted 75% scale version of the iconic Bugatti Type 35. It is an entirely electric car that faithfully captures the essence of the original 1924 French Grand Prix car through a comprehensive 3D scan. As an official Bugatti product only the finest components have been used in its creation, and each car is meticulously handcrafted. To symbolize exclusivity, luxury, and enduring craftsmanship for over 110 years. The Baby II proudly features an authentic solid silver Bugatti Macaron. This emblem represents a true continuation of Bugattis' prestigious legacy, like its predecessor.
“IF IT IS COMPARABLE, IT IS NO LONGER BUGATTI” - Ettore Bugatti
Drawing inspiration from the Bugatti Type 35's legendary racing achievements and the cherished tradition of children racing the original Baby at French holiday resorts, the racing element remained paramount. With a focus on driver safety, the aim was to shield drivers from the risks associated with intense wheel-to-wheel competition. The introduction of Stability Wings achieved this goal seamlessly, ensuring driver protection while maintaining an exceptional driving experience.

A Classic For Modern Day

In 1926, Ettore and his son Jean created a half-scale rendition of Type 35 as a present for Ettore's son, Roland. However, the feedback from visitors at Molsheim led to its official recognition as a Bugatti vehicle, and it became available for purchase. The Bugatti Baby symbolizes incompleteness without its presence. In honour of Bugatti's 110th anniversary, the Baby has undergone a visionary redesign and modernization for the contemporary era, emerging nearly a century after its predecessor.
